Hello, I’m Simon, welcome to Simon Hollis Chartered Surveyors website. I like old buildings and helping people buy and maintain them.

I have put together this website by writing about what I do and how I do it.

You may find some areas a bit repetitive, or not relevant to the services you require, however, I have tried to include a bit about me and the work I do as opposed to endless generic sentences with the latest buzz words accompanied by stock imaging.
