Leica Disto X310 – I don’t use this very often as I do not undertake measured surveys or valuation work. Its main use is to determine how far away trees are from properties and their drains and to work out the span of timber beams to judge whether they are overspanned or not. You need a mighty big beam or some intermediary support to go over six meters.
