Drone Surveys and Ariel Photography

I use a DJI Mini 2 drone with 4K video and a 12 MP camera for drone surveys and ariel photography work.

I am licenced by the Civil Aviation Authority and I have passed their theory test in the applicable class. My Flyer ID is: GBR-RP-QGNV8CP965KB, my Operator ID is: GBR-OP-6QC3PFQXBW5Z and I have one million pounds of third-party liability cover.

Fees for up to an hour of on-site time and photo transfer start at £250.

Drone Surveys

Drone surveys are great for getting to hard-to-reach places that would usually require scaffolding or a MEWP. Surveys can be undertaken on both domestic and commercial properties and if needed, we can produce a report detailing our findings. I can inspect chimneys, roofs, rooflines, gable ends, rainwater goods and windows in a cost-efficient way, safely from the ground. Some example drone reports are below:

In addition to my own work, I undertake report writing for a national drone company.

Ariel Photography

Ariel photography is used by estate agents, businesses and individuals to showcase their properties, products and services. I can photograph individual houses for sale, take ariel photos for boundary markings, domestic and commercial property for showcase work, track progress of developments by attending the site weekly/monthly.

Surveys are somewhat governed by health and safety and the weather. We do not undertake drone work in crowded areas, where there are overhead powerlines in the immediate vicinity or in adverse weather conditions. We also cannot fly in Flight Restricted Zones or Controlled Traffic Regions.
